• Technical strategy: own platform architecture and final say on key technical decisions (DDD, microservices in Kubernetes); architecture documentation and API contracts serve as the source of truth for adjacent teams
• Delivery: led the launch of real-time collaborative editing (CRDT-based) — the platform's flagship differentiator; established a predictable release cadence with the full testing pyramid as a release gate
• Stakeholders: primary point of contact for customers and C-level executives — roadmap ownership, quarterly planning, demos and progress reporting; negotiate scope and priorities between business and engineering
• People: built the hiring pipeline (50+ interviews conducted), grow and coach team leads, run promotions, performance management and offboarding decisions
• Reliability: accountable for 24/7 availability — incident management process, postmortems, on-call setup; represent the platform in reviews with security and infrastructure divisions

Senior Software Engineer

Deliberate hands-on role inside a global fintech scale-up (30M+ customers): delivered features for the acquiring/payment-processing system and shipped a seamless mobile-web-to-app redirection flow for the payment journey. Took first-hand experience of Revolut's engineering culture and processes back into leadership roles.

Head of Development Team

Owned an enterprise documentation-composition platform from zero to production rollout in 9 months, leading a team of 8 engineers.

• Took the product from concept to first internal customers: architecture, delivery, release management, client onboarding, user and developer documentation
• Set the technical strategy — Server-Driven UI with strict client-server contracts, DDD architecture — and led delivery of the flagship capability, a high-performance rich-text and table editor
• Partnered with customers and C-level executives on requirements, demos and roadmap; ran the team end-to-end: hiring, promotions, delivery processes and quality strategy

Led the team delivering on-premises and SaaS business communication products — corporate email, file storage, messaging — for large enterprise clients with hundreds of thousands of end users.

• Owned roadmap, prioritization and key architectural decisions for the enterprise product line
• Initiated and led a modernization program — migrating legacy codebases to a modern stack — without interrupting feature delivery or client commitments
• Managed relationships with on-premise enterprise customers: requirements, deployment planning, support and escalations

Head of Development Team

Led a cross-functional team on the “Digital bank for legal entities” platform — online banking used by hundreds of thousands of business customers.

• Coordinated a zero-downtime migration of user and transactional data from a legacy system to a new microservices-based platform
• Drove platform engineering adopted across multiple teams: shared component library, micro-frontend architecture for independent deployments, strict client-server contracts
• Established engineering processes that outlived the team: code review standards, CI/CD, release planning, estimation and delivery practices

Frontend Engineer

Yandex Weather — consumer service with tens of millions of MAU. Led the rewrite of the mobile web client to a modern stack, designed the i18n approach and built a media-processing microservice that cut payload sizes and accelerated page loads.
